Low-voltage switchboards and assemblies built for reliable operation

We engineer, manufacture, test and maintain low-voltage distribution switchboards and control panels for industry, infrastructure, commercial facilities and e-mobility — to IEC 61439.

The core of distribution

The switchboard: from main distribution to control systems

A low-voltage switchboard is the hub of the electrical system — it receives energy from the transformer or incoming cable and distributes it to all loads in the facility. Its quality directly determines safety, protection selectivity, power availability and servicing cost over the entire installation lifetime.

Every panel is built with a focus on orderly execution (logical component layout, short and clear conductors), permanent and legible labelling to IEC 61439, documented final inspection and easy component access — because a poorly built switchboard becomes a problem at the first fault callout.

Manufacturing programme

Low-voltage switchboards and assemblies for all project requirements

From a simple sub-distribution board to a complex MCC with dozens of motor feeders — we configure the panel for the facility purpose, load, installation conditions and maintenance requirements.

GRO-01

Main distribution boards and LV assemblies

Primary energy distribution behind the transformer or incoming cable. Busbars to 4000 A, selective protective devices, metering and room for growth. We build free-standing assemblies (IP31–IP54) and panelboard sections for substations.

  • Busbars 630–4000 A (copper or aluminium)
  • Selective protection (MCCB, ACB) with coordinated characteristics
  • Energy and power quality metering
  • Integrated fault alarm and signalling systems
MCC-02

MCC — Motor Control Centre

Centralised motor and process equipment control for industrial plants, water supply, HVAC and e-mobility projects.

  • Motor feeders with isolator, protection relay and control
  • Variable-frequency drives (VFD) with filters and fast disconnection
  • Soft-starters for pumps and fans
  • PLC and remote I/O integration inside MCC enclosure
PLC-03

PLC and RIO control panels

The control intelligence of process systems — from a central PLC panel to distributed Remote I/O nodes in the field.

  • Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider PLC architectures
  • Remote I/O modules with PROFIBUS / PROFINET / EtherNet/IP
  • 24 VDC control circuits, UPS supply
  • Ethernet switch, communication interfaces, HMI
CTRL-04

Control and automation panels

Custom solutions for machinery, process plants and building technical systems — from simple control boards to complex automation panel systems.

  • Control circuits 24 VDC / 230 VAC
  • Local and remote operator stations
  • Signalling, interlocks and blocking logic
  • Short-circuit and overload protection
PFC-05

Power factor correction

Automatic capacitor panels for improving power factor (cos φ) and reducing reactive energy — essential for facilities with large motor drives or e-mobility infrastructure.

  • Automatic regulation to cos φ ≥ 0.95
  • Compensation stages 12.5–100 kVar
  • Capacitor protection against overvoltage and harmonics
  • Thyristor contactors for fast switching
EVC-06

E-mobility and charging switchboards

Specialist panels for DC/AC charger power distribution — from a small CPO hub to a bus depot with Kempower satellite architecture. Includes protection, metering and load management.

  • Incoming and distribution panels for CPO sites
  • Supply for Kempower Power Unit assemblies (up to 600 kW per unit, up to 1200 kW in MORE Power)
  • Load management: dynamic current limiting
  • IP54 enclosures for external installations
Manufacturing process

Controlled execution from drawings to testing

The production process is organised so every panel is clear, documented and ready for integration.

  1. 01

    Project review

Verification of diagrams, technical requirements, available space and equipment.

  2. 02

    Detailed engineering

Component layout, conductor and busbar routing, and labelling definition.

  3. 03

    Assembly

Mechanical preparation, equipment installation and power connections.

  4. 04

    Wiring

Orderly execution of control, signal and communication circuits.

  5. 05

    Inspection and testing

Visual, electrical and functional checks according to project scope.

  6. 06

    Documentation and delivery

Labelling, final documentation and preparation for installation.

Execution standard

A panel that remains clear from commissioning to future service

Orderly execution reduces errors, speeds up diagnostics and simplifies maintenance.

  • 01 Logical component layout
  • 02 Permanent and legible labelling
  • 03 Controlled power and control connections
  • 04 Documented final inspection
